Npom who visited the site of the incident at Kang-vel, expressed his sympathy to the victims families describing it as a very unfortunate one, as the victims were friends, neighbours and school children. While commiserating with the bereaved families, Npom pointed out that though it touches one to lose precious lives in any kind of mishap, particularly those teenagers. THE 2021 LOCAL GOVERNMENT  ELECTION GUIDELINES The following Guidelines, which are in conformity with the provisions of the Constitution of the All Progressives Congress (APC), are for the 2021 Local Government Elections in Plateau State. These are pursuant to the election notice published by the Plateau State Independent Electoral Commission (PLASIEC) in May, 2021. 1. NOMINATION OF COUNCILLORSHIP CANDIDATES (a) Councillorship Candidates shall be nominated by CONSENSUS whereby relevant Stakeholders shall present the names of three (3) Aspirants two (2) males and one (1) female. Where this is not practicable, more names shall be nominated for consideration by the Leadership of the Party in the State.
