PRESS STATEMENT  PLATEAU STATE EXCO HOLDS LAST SESSION FOR 2020 At its last Executive Council Meeting for the year 2020, Plateau State EXCO sat for about 4 hours to decide on a variety of issues. PLATEAU STATE GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCES ADJUSTMENTS TO RESUMPTION DATES FOR SCHOOLS IN THE STATE. The plateau state ministry of higher Education has announced resumption date for all Tertiary institutions in the state.  Commissioner of the ministry Kakmena Goteng Audu in a  statement to that effect disclosed that tertiary institutions are to resume on the 18th of January 2021 inline with the position of the federal government Presidential task force on COVID 19. The commissioner directs all heads of tertiary institutions in the state to comply strictly to the resumption date and to also ensure that they adhere strictly to COVID 19 protocols already Established by government. Management Committee Chairman of Riyom Local Government Council, Mafeng Gwallson, wants Christians in the state to imbibe the spirit of true love and forgiveness to one another. Disclosing his status Letep Dabang said the results of the test he underwent a couple of days back returned yesterday and it is positive.
